MUNGANYINKA Desanges is the Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance at Kigali Independent University (ULK – Gisenyi Campus). With nine years of experience in the education sector, she has made significant contributions to both teaching and administration.

Desanges earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kigali Independent University (ULK) in 2008, followed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2011. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Administration at Kabale University in Uganda. Her research focuses on business performance, with a recent study titled “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on the Financial Growth of Made-in-Rwanda Companies in the City of Kigali.”

As an emerging researcher, Desanges is dedicated to advancing knowledge in Economics, Accounting, and Finance, actively contributing to scholarly discussions in these fields.

 

Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Desanges is a Rwandan national, residing in Gisenyi, Rubavu District,Western Province of Rwanda. She is deeply committed to education and views hard work as the foundation of success. Her passion for learning and continuous improvement drives her professional journey.
